About your therapist
So, why did I get into massage? The reason is simple – I was looking for a way to relax.
For years I worked in a stressful office environment and I soon started to suffer from tension in my shoulders, neck and back – it was then that I first sought help from a massage therapist. The results were extremely positive, and I quickly noticed the benefits on both my body and my mind. The next logical step for me was to share this sense of well-being with others.
I trained at The College of Classical Massage in Brighton, specialising in relaxation and deep tissue massage, and have since been practicing around the Brighton & Hove area. I am an active member of the CThA (Complementary Therapists Association) and I’m continually learning and progressing so I can provide my clients with the best possible massage experience.
My treatments are personalised to you, and we’ll work together to create sessions that are individually tailored to your specific needs – whether that’s to relieve stress, to reduce muscular tension or to manage pain. Above all I aim to provide the level of service that I myself would expect to receive through massage, and to improve the health and well-being of everyone I work with.
Outside of work I spend my time cooking, reading thrillers and planning trips to my next far-flung destination. I’m originally from the South of France and I lived all over Europe before finding a home in Hove.
